If someone shares the unique URL

Hello, 

 

if someone shares their unique URL, and two people log. Will the report show their name twice?

@8Nancy8  Yes, that's correct.  

 

If this behavior is a problem, then you may set the event up to allow only one use / device for each join link:  https://support.goto.com/webinar/help/how-do-i-restrict-my-attendees-to-join-from-only-one-device

In my experiences, the answer is No. 

I often have people sharing Join Links and similarly, I have people log in with multiple devices.  They always show up once in the Attendee Report.

That is the issue we are experiencing.  A user shared their URL and has indicated that both users joined in using that unique URL. When I ran the report, their login only appears once.

 

But I remember that happened once, and I saw their name twice.  But this round, that didn’t happen.

The only time I see someone show up twice is if they register twice using two different email addresses.
