Interest Rating scores Recorded webinars higher than Live (Classic) webinars

Hi All,

We noticed the Interest Rating score rates recorded webinars higher than the Live webinars (classic) [please note our webianrs are not available on demand and are always run on a pre-defined date and time]. in the attached picture please see the clusters formed when plotting the attendance rate and interest rate in a matrix.

Looking at the average interest scores, live webinars have avg score of 66, whereas recorded 93. Could anyone explain why the the interest scores are a lot higer?

Some of the recorded webinars have a score of 100 and 98 and it seems counteintuitive to what the methodology document is stating that  " Attendees can never reach a 100 score". We have checked that avg interest score  to display up to 2 decimal points.webinar2.PNG
