I am adding a panelist for one of my webinars. However, when I enter in their appropriate email address and press save, I get the message "enter an email address" even after the email address is entered. Do this mean the email address is invalid?
So glad that it worked for you Ashley. Its interesting how it will work in a different browser. Not sure why it works that way, but if you ever get other errors like that. Test in an alternate browser 🙂
I am having an issue when I add a panelist that I get an error "Invalid email address." I tried a different browser as suggested and that didn't resolve it. Any help would be appreciated. I need to get the invites sent ASAP.
