Issue with registration site

Some people when they open the link to register for a webinar, it shows the sign in page for a second or two, but seems like when it tries to autofill the persons info, it brings up the please come back later.  I have narrowed it down to something in Bitdefender, but I don't see anything on their site (sent an email to their support), or yours on what could be blocking that causes this.  Do you have any thoughts?  I have allowed gotomeeting, and gotowebinar/registration.  The people that are having issues have a lot more generic type of sites blocked, which can't be unblocked.   Without bitdefender giving an error, I don't know where it could be that the issue is.

Not likely, it happens with regular workers in the office, but not managers, who are under a different more open profile in bitdefender.

I haven't heard of this behavior @rconiv , and we typically use the BitDefender base technology on many LogMeIn machines.  I'm sure you've already referenced the firewall document, so it would be more interesting to find a direct comparison of those in the company who see the error and those who do not (but all use the same AV version).

I didn't see Bitdefender in the firewall list, but went off I want to say Norton for what to setup exceptions.  Added them all to the general users allow list for gotowebinar, but still have the issue of the website starts to show the registration page, and then seems like when it is autofilling the persons info, it goes to the can't access servers, try again later page.

 

In Bitdefender, you can setup general Allow/Block policies.  Management is allowed to a lot more site types, then general staff are.  That is the only difference between the two policies.

If they go back to the original page, are they eventually allowed to register?

Unfortunately not, it just goes right back to the same thing.

Do they have the same experience if they switch web browsers or clear out the local cache?

Yes they do, tried it in Chrome, Edge Chromium, and IE.  Cleared the cached, and tried in private mode and such, and still the same issue of it starts to show it, and then fails out.

OK, we may need a HAR file / log from the browser itself to find out what's happening there.  If there's anyone experiencing this who can send it to you or contact Customer Support by phone, we can look further into the experience.
