I've setup multiple webinars in December and right now when I'm testing the 'join webinar' workflow, I have an issue with this step.
After clicking on the corresponding CTA in the email with the join URL, I get redirected to a GTW authentication page instead of seeing the screen where an attendee or panelist would simply enter their email address and then click on join (the webinar ID was prepopulated by default).

Did anyone else come across this join webinar issue?
@LogMeIn staff: I've already submitted a ticket, #06633621 but I'm trying to find a resolution to this as soon as possible. I've tried the join URL with dashes and without them, with the same end result - a redirect to the above mentioned page. The same thing happens for both attendees and panelists.
The join link in your example is not complete, every attendee join link includes a second set of numbers that make it unique, like this one: https://global.gotowebinar.com/join/6957132717855529730/464941902 Did you register for your own webinar as a regular attendee?
Yes, I've registered to my own webinar with a different PC and email address and tried to join.
I'm not using the built in registration page & emails features. I have a separate setup in Eloqua, with pages and emails created in this environment relying on the Eloqua-GTW integration. I cannot use the unique join URLs that you mention because that's not being sent back to Eloqua for the emails to pick it up in a dynamic way, so I have to rely on the generic join URL feature.
Our API still delivers unique join links for attendees that are registered through it, so it seems like there may be an issue with the Eloqua integration you are using. Have you contacted the creators of the integration you are using about what is happening? Could you link me to the one you are using and it's documentation?
This has nothing to do with the integration, as the process/link that I mentioned was working correctly up until recently. If I were to guess, maybe this is due to the fact that your company switched from using or retired the gotowebinar.com domain to the logmeininc.com one?
The user experience when using the join URL I am referencing, used to be similar to using this one https://www.gotomeeting.com/webinar/join-webinar except that the webinar ID would populate automatically and there was no distraction on the landing page for the visitor (like the header menu with Pricing, Features, etc).

I too am looking for a solution to this problem. We rely heavily on the ability to have a clean interface where the registrant didn't have to copy & paste in the webinar id, the link prefilled that field on the join page.
