LOG Files

the description you show how to get the local log files is the same for G2M and G2W
Do the log files really cover G2W as well? Or only G2M?

Also I remember, for investigation needs, there is a certain timeframe the LMI can do deeper analysis
for issue investigation purposes. Is that 24 hours or longer this has to be requested

Log files can easily be accessed on Windows through the taskbar GoToMeeting flower icon, by right-clicking and selecting 'Save Logs'.  These include files for Meeting / Webinar/ Training sessions. 

 

The 24 hour limitation for investigation relates only to telephone audio malfunctions.  VoIP and Video issues can be investigated later if needed.  Was there something recurring on your system that we could assist with?
