Need Help to connect with GTW API team

Hello Team,

I have been trying to get to the API team to get some help using the email address that support team gave me, using twitter and now approaching this community form with a"hope" someone will be able to help. It has been a week am trying to get some advise and help from GTW. The platform is amazing with improvements we received however with servers and API's i am observing some 404 errors from integration standpoint and with respect to that opened a ticket and receiving no help. If anyone has any email or phone number that GTW i can connect to technical team would help.

@Jay12  I am sorry we do not currently offer full support for APIs, and do not have a dedicated developer forum at this time.  There is no direct phone support in this regard, but you can create a case for follow up as time permits, through this site, using the template guide therein:  https://developer.goto.com/support
