Not Using Audio Pin

Is there a way for attendees to speak and participate on the call(GoToWebinar) without using audio pin? We have a number of folks who may not be near a computer and are on the road, calling in via cell phone. I am unable to figure out the solution and would appreciate some assistance. Thank you,

Hi @elopeztello 

 

As you are using GoToWebinar there are only 2 options available:

  • Make sure the attendees are joining the webinar using our free mobile app. It uses VoIP and they are not required to enter an audio PIN.
  • If the attendee has to dial in only, give them the Panelist phone number. They will join unmuted and be able to talk. They will need to self-mute on their phone or you may experience a lot of background noise.

Where can I find panelist number once session has started? Please excuse my ignorance.

You will need to sign into your account on the website and select the webinar from the list. Locate the Panelist Access Code and asked the attendee to enter that code after they dial the conference number for their area.
