Number of call-in attendees

My GoToWebinar account can support 1000 online attendees and my GoToMeeting account can support 150 online attendees. How many call-in only attendees can GoToWebinar and GoToMeeting support?

Re: Number of call-in attendees

Hi there,

If you are strictly talking about telephone participants, then the maximum capacity currently would be 1,000 attendees with GoToWebinar:  https://www.gotomeeting.com/webinar/pricingb

Re: Number of call-in attendees

Ash,

Quick question.  If some participants only call in to listen and don't connect to the webinar, are they still counted as part of the maximum limit?

Scenario: 1000 person room - only 700 connect online (some may dial in, but most will listen through computer audio) another 500 may just dial in, but not connect at all to the meeting.  Is the system going to lock down once the total connection count reaches the max, or does it only count those who make a successful online connection?

Re: Number of call-in attendees

@Leigh Strinsky  We do allow for some additional capacity due to user error, but it's not much more than 1K.  I cannot promise that 1200 attendees would be able to join a 1000 person event.

Thanks, Ash.  Is there any work around or add on to handle phone only overflow?
