One speaker goes out when connecting to GoToWebinar

My MacBook Pro 13“ 2020 has its mic very close to the right speaker, but the left speaker is muted.
It obviously is a bug because other programs don‘t have that issue.

I always use an external microphone that is a foot to two feet away from my MacBook.  Left speaker has never worked for GoTo.

Still an issue! I'm in a webinar right now, listen mode only. It's super annoying.
