We are experiencing several issues with Gotowebinar cloud recording
Anyone else experienced these issues and know how to fix it?

While I can't say why your cloud recording would not work at all, I can share that we recently identified an issue where webcams were not being captured correctly. This should be fully resolved in the coming days as we finalize testing.
The other issue you mentioned concerns me, as the endpoint software should not just quit on its own. We may need to gather some log files from the affected PC in order to see what the problem was, just make certain that your CPU is not overloading during these periods by using too many applications at once.
