Oops, we can't connect you. error

We are hosting a multiple times recording webinar. But for the second time 

all of registration can not join the webinar , error is Oops, we can't connect you

We tried different browser, but still same error

@xuhe77  Have you hosted webinars before, or is the the first time you've scheduled one?

 

Do you receive the same error message from an alternate network?
