As the organizer, uploaded a YouTube video link. As a participant, the visual and audio are great. As the organizer, I see the video but I can't hear anything. User error?
For the audio part of the webinar, were you using Computer Audio or Phone?
The videos played back during a webinar play only through the computer speakers, not the phone.
Joined with computer audio as the organizer. Tested speakers. They were working. Just not while video played.
@CHLTraining Were you also muted at the time? If not, it may have been an effort by GoToWebinar to avoid background noise or echo at the time of playback.
