We had two panellists who were dropped into the attendee category when the live webinar started. We were so confused. How was that possible? They were only registered as panellists (not attendees) and they had both participated in practice sessions so we know they had the correct link as it worked during the practice runs. If someone from Logmein wants to contact me, I can give more details on the names and webinar where this happened.

This should be technically impossible, if someone joins as a Panelist or is promoted from Attendee to Panelist the only way they can be a regular Attendee agin in the same webinar is to leave and rejoin. Please open a ticket with our support team, they will need the webinar ID and the email addresses for the Panelists in question in order to strat investigating this.
