Hi! Does anyone know how to make sure that panelists' names are displayed to attendees during the webinar? During the test runs for our event we have noticed that only panelists can see each others' names, but not the attendees.
I also have another question regarding panelists - is it possible to turn off the camera request feature? Some of our panelists are less tech savvy, and it would be great if they wouldn't have to confirm camera access each time as we pass back and forth between panelists.
Thanks!
Hi @RowanEmslie
While there is no way to disable the webcam check upon joining, you might consider adding presenter images to the webinar's waiting room for Attendees to see when they arrive.
During the webinar, the names and surnames of the panelists or presenters are not visible to the participants on the screen (panelists see each other's panelist and presenters names but the participants cannot see the panelists' names)
is this a general feature?
If this is a problem, how can it be solved?

There is a setting to allow the Attendees to see the list of Attendees. You can set this within the webinar, and you can set the default in the GoTo Dashboard.
Thanks for your answer. However, you do not understand the subject. We know this setting.
Our problem is this:
Attendees not seeing the names surname of the panelists on the webinar.
Where do the Attendees not see the names? In the waiting room, in the Attendee list, at the top of the viewer when someone is speaking, or somewhere else?
I give an example.
I am a attendee.
You are also a panelist.
broadcast started.
I attended the seminar.
I watch the panelists speaking.
You have a camera view on the screen.
Your name and surname are not written under your camera image.
in this case, I don't know who is the panelist.
panelists can see each other panelists names.
however, the attendee cannot see the names of the panelists on the screen.
