I have a participant attempting to register for my webinar. After clicking on the registration link they see a "Pleae Come Back Later" and "We're having an issue with our services at the moment. Please come back later to register for this webinar" but other participants are having no issues. Any ideas?
@sparent6680 We didn't have any disruptions that would cause that message recently.
Do you know anything about how this attendee was trying to register?
Did they try to register through another device too, like their smart phone?
OK, this can sometimes be caused by a local firewall or network connection problem. You may have your problem attendees call directly into support so we can see what the environmental factors are like, or suggest they utilize the GoToWebinar mobile app instead.
