During my last webinar, several people complained that the polls didn't work. They saw the poll, but they werent able to respond and answer the question. Another person reported "When it is full screen we cannot select the options to participate in the poll. But it works okay minimising the screen."
For the last two webinars we've had, only 70% of attendees have been able to answer polling questions. Some report the poll doesn't appear and some say the submit button doesn't work. Anyone else experienced this?
It appears polling doesn't work correctly in full screen mode, but that only solved the polling glitch for a handful of our attendees.
Does GoTo have any plans to correct the polling issues with full screen? And what has changed within the last month that would cause such huge issues with people answer polling questions?
I am a user from India & we have been facing this problem since last month now. A few of the users are not able to take the poll. To do a test, we tried filling up the poll from windows 10 OS, Samsung Andoird Oreor & One Plus Oxygen OS. It worked fine with these three devices. However, we have consistently faced this issue in every webinar that we had taken in the month of April & is still facing the same.
Please let us know by when we could get a resolution to this as these polls are a critical element of our webinars.
We experienced attendees not be able to answer polls this morning. This issue is criritcal for us because if attendees don't answer the poll we have assume they are not at their computers and will not receive credit for fully attending the session.
When is this fix going to be deployed?
