We share the same login across 20 people, and then almost every 4-5 login, different people are receiving the error incorrect password/login. Resetting the password to something else and changing it back works, but not an ideal workflow. Is this a known issue?
@TrainingWebinar We have a security system that recognizes new IP address', and sends a confirmation email to that login to confirm the identity. Have you seen any of these emails when somebody's login attempt failed?
Only the first time a different IP logs in - an email verification email and Pin are sent, which is fine. The incorrect password/user name error is a different issue.
Do you know if the affected Organizers switch between different GoTo logins at any point in their workflows?
They do not switch between different GTW logins
