Hi,

Another follow-up on this issue.

Past Events not showing up is not a major issue, but not having the recordings is!

 

Can we somehow retrieve the recordings of all the webinars that didn't show up in "Past Events" with the new software.

As long as these webinars are not a part of an active series (recurring) currently, and they were all recorded to the cloud, then you should be able to access them in your online account.

Thanks for the reply, but we established this almost a month ago, on July 27 to be exact.

For webinars that are part of a series, which most of ours are, with the new software, the recordings do not show  up anywhere on the on-line account.

I'm looking for a fix for that for the new software.

With the previous software there was no issue - all recordings were available on the GoToWebinar on-line account
