Hello, I wanted to know what should I do if I reactivated my monthly plan, but actually I did not notice that the payment method was wrong and I want to change it. I recieved the receipt to my mail, is it too late to change my paymet method? I do not want that credit card to be charged with the $99 USD, we have another card to add. Please help us
@krugercorp Although we cannot discuss or take billing action through the Community threads, I can state that if you contact Customer Care by telephone within 24 hours of a purchase there's a good chance they can reverse the fee in order to allow you to change billing methods.
