Play uploaded video won't show controls

After uploading videos, trying to play them , the controls for starting the video are not shown on company laptops.  It works on my personal laptop.

The version used is the same on both the cases 10.15.0 build 19228

Someone else got same issue?

The issue is with the Gotowebinar Client, i believe

@marcobencini Do you have a screen shot of what the GoTo control panel shows when you click the Show: Screen drop-down menu?
