Practice mode issues

I like to start my webinars in practice mode so that we have prep time.  We usually open the room for the audience 5 min before start. Twice today, I have started a webinar in practice mode and instead it when straight into the live, 'in session' mode.  Anybody else having the same issue?

Hi Glenn, I'm on the latest version of Firefox and my os is Windows 7.  I've tested on my main computer and also on my laptop.  Same thing is happening on both.

Hi Glenn, I had this on a webinar today and a colleague experienced it using a client's GoToWebinar account- they both went straight to "live mode" The only option was "Start Broadcast".
