Problema no horário

Good afternoon

I have problems with the scheduled time at gotowebinar, when participants will enter the link to subscribe it appears the hour 1 hour longer than was scheduled. I am from Brazil and it is not appearing correctly, what can I do?

I'm guessing this issue is because Brazil time zones have changed the way they operate recently?

This year there will be no daylight saving time because of this we are finding strange, because he is changing the time without that time, is there any way we can configure for him not to change this time?

I'm sorry, we do not yet have an ETA on the fix for this issue.
