We've got a non-active account that we were using with a "GoToWebinar Pro" plan, that we have extended from an original starter plan.
We would like to reactivate the account, but with a new plan, a "GoToWebinar Starter" one, due to the fact that we're not expecting to have more than 100 subscriber soon, but we do not see any option that may let us go back to the previous plan: how can we do that?
@marcobuoni If clicking the 'Buy' button on the GoToWebinar pricing page doesn't activate the correct plan for you, then I suggest calling into Customer Support when you have a minute so they may update your offerings.
