Is there a reason on a recorded webinar that date/time the video is started and the date/time the video has finised is not shown on the Recorded Report? Is there a way to see this information?

GoToWebinar Recording reports should show each person's registration date and time.
Do you have an example where this info is missing from one of your recordings? If so, are they listed instead on that webinar's original Attendee Report?
Recording Report - GoToWebinar should offer the account owner to not only see the date and time the person registered for the on-demand recording, but we should also see the start and end time that the person watched the video. The reason being that we award credits or earned points for fully watched (end-to-end, start to finish) videos. If we can only see a registration, we don't know whether the client actually played the video in full.
