This was scheduled as a Recorded event (I think it used to be called Simulated Live). To schedule it, I create a new program, but then as part of the set up process you choose an existing recording. And then once you choose that it populates many of the webinar details from the original webinar.
And just to reiterate, the issue with the evaluation is only with Recorded webinars, not the live ones. Thanks.
