I hosted a webcast for more than 200 people yesterday that a lot of folks had trouble connecting to audio (web audio and dial-in numbers were both struggling). Obviously that's a problem, but I understand that there was a problem on the GTW end that has since been fixed. It happens.
BUT, I figured I'd have the recording that I could send to attendees with an apology.
When I opened up the replay this morning to send it out -- the audio is missing from there as well. https://attendee.gotowebinar.com/recording/3071481741469029902
Is there ANY way to capture/rescue the audio? I've never had this happen before with GTW, but of course, it happened on my biggest webcast of the calendar year.
Hello @Lenn-Thompson ,
I apologize for the audio issues, as there was a service disruption during that time period which caused major audio problems with integrated telephone dial-ins. In some rare cases Customer Support can check to see if the audio was captured, though it may not be recoverable at all.
