Recording of 1.5hr Webinar Still Processing after 10 Hours

Hello,

 

I did a webinar at 10am this morning, and it's still processing. It has never taken this long. Can you let me know if someone is wrong with your system right now?

That sounds like a problem on our end.  If you have the affected webinar ID, you may want to call into Customer Support to have them escalate your case to engineering.
