I am trying to connect FormAssembly with a GoToWebinar registration form. The idea is that submissions of the form will push data into GoToWebinar to register the person.
There are instructions here to do it utilizing what they call a Remote Script URL https://help.formassembly.com/help/gotowebinar-integration
It gives me an error if I use the URL there of https://attendee.gotowebinar.com/registration.tmpl and if you go to this link it appears to be broken.
This may be an outdated article and perhaps GoToWebinar made some updates on the backend. Is there new URL to receive data for registrations?
@pfpgtw While I can't speak for the FormAssembly connection, you may be interested in this bulk registration import option: https://support.goto.com/webinar/help/how-do-i-add-registrants-in-bulk
Have you reached out to their support group to help with the integration?
We also have API documents available if you have a developer you can work with: https://developer.goto.com/GoToWebinarV2/
Hi @AshC, I did reach out to their support and they recommended reaching out here. Is creating a custom API solution the only option here?
What's interesting is that if you go to https://attendee.gotowebinar.com/registration.tmpl on your browser, it will say Please Try Again. But if you entered it into Postman, it has a different error message, saying that the browser is outdated.
