I have an attendee who received the email for the Certificate, but cannot get it to load in their browser. I've asked them to try it in another browser. In the meantime, is there a way that I can generate them on my own in the GTW interface?
@jeremiahkunze I'm afraid individual GoToWebinar Certificates cannot be regenerated. Have they forwarded you the email with the link? I'd be interested to know what happens when you attempt to open it...
I asked the client to try copy/pasting into a new browser, so we'll see what happens there. However, he did forward me the email and I was able to open the cert. I suspect it's a browser security issue on his end.
