Glenn, has there been any movement on this feature in the two years since you posted this reply? The video-sharing options suggestion has audio limitations for those dialed in that I would like to avoid.

I have done this many times. I upload the pre-recorded video and then go live, playing it with live Q&A after. It works best with Webinar.  Another trick to have pre-seeded questions ready to go with your speakers as well as conversation starters you can put in chat to engage the audience.  You can tie it to something in the video
