Subscription plan expired, but want to get back the video recording

Hi,

Our subscription plan has expired, but we need to get back the video recordings in the Video Library.

Is there any solution to get them back?

Due to the company combination, we would like to stop our existing subscription, and use another account to subscribe new GoToWebinar annual plan.

Could you please let me know how can we get back the video recordings?

Or is there any account transition method that we can use another account and keep our existing videos?

@silvinachen  While we cannot transfer a video between accounts, you may be able to reach out to Customer Support to temporarily re-activate the expired account and download anything you need before finally closing out that subscription.

But how can I reach out to Customer support on support page?

I can only get their phone number.

Do you know is there any email address to contact them for help?

@silvinachen  I'm afraid we don't offer email support for GoTo services at this time.  Is there not a local dial-in country that you can reach there?
