Unable to Assign Questions to Panelists

Since the GTW update, we have been unable to assign questions to panelists.  It will show as assigned to all organizers but the question box is never available for any panelists.  This has been replicated on several different sessions with different panelists. 

We have not been able to successfully assign a question to any panelists since the most recent update.

That feature is useless. It has never done anything at all.  Don't know why it's even there.

Sorry for the inconsistency there.  Are you able to confirm the operating system you utilize to host the webinars and the GoToWebinar software version running there?
