Since a few hours I am no longer to able to record my webinars on the cloud. Click start recording generates a an error message that writes 'Unable to record to the cloud - GoToWebinar' and suggests recording on my hard drive.
Recording to my hard drive is a good solution bceause it does not allow recording the webcam.
Though, I have tried it and ... I get stuck again because converting the recording to MP4 does not work either !! Error message is like 'Transcoder failed to initialize' (note that converting to WMV does work 😞

Can you say what operating system and GoToWebinar software version you have running there?
Typically cloud recording would only fail if you had a network firewall or other LAN issue there. Another test might be to try hosting a new webinar through a different network connection.
