Video files that were uploaded in advance are available during webinars but one you play them they only display a white screen instead of playing the video. Video was uploaded as an .mp4 file. Does anyone solved similar issues successfully?
Not all MP4 videos are created equal. MP4 is actually a container that can contain many different kinds of compressed video. Depending on how the MP4 file was encoded, it might not playback on all or any computers.
