Our plans do not automatically roll over once you have more registrations than attendee seats, you would need to login before you start your webinar and upgrade to the next desired plan. As long as you do it 10 - 15 minutes before you actually start the scheduled webinar, the new attendee limit will take effect.
I'm just wondering how to manually add people to my webinar?
A facebook ad brought people to my leadpages ad which by opting in, would add them to my webinar registration and my email list. For some reason, only some of the people were added into the webinar but all were added into my emai llist.
Thank you for explaining. Since you have their information already you could register them yourself, one by one through the registration page. You would want to be sure that they had intended to register for your webinar otherwise, they may complain about the email. Another option would be to email them directly, acknowledge their interest and provide them with the webinar registration link.
