Video Sharing Not Visible to All Attendees

We just completed an online event which included five MP4s (not YouTube links) streamed from the GoToWebinar cloud using Video Sharing.

The presenter (who controlled playback of course) was able to see all five, as were at least some of the attendees, and the videos made it into the recording as well. The last two videos, from Intel and Horizon Robotics, were however NOT visible to me, either on my main organizer system or a second monitoring system I had set up next to me as an attendee. Both of mine were Macs, if that's at all important.

Any idea what happened here? Quite problematic for future events in which we also plan to leverage Video Sharing, of course, if we can't sort out the root cause and fix. Thanks in advance!

Re: Video Sharing Not Visible to All Attendees

Unfortunately, there enough standards so everyone can have their own. Smiley Happy

There is a lot of flexibility inside the MP4 standard, and not all MP4 files will work on all computers.

My guess is that you took the MP4 files as you received them from others, and did not reformat them to a standard MP4 file setting.

Here is another discussion where I explained the settings I use and have great results playing them back in GoToWebinars.
