We have GoToWebinar Pro but still shows only 100 seats

We recently updated to GoToWebinar Pro and the account still shows 100 seats instead of 500 seats. Our rep said the account or site did not change but the seats were supposed to update and they have not. Can any one please help? We have an important Webinar tomorrow and need the extra seats. Thank you.
