Last week, we hosted a webinar (having a GTW Pro), there were 70 attendees and we got a message from a partner saying he is not able to join due to all seats being occupied. There's a limit of 500 with the Pro license. Can you please let us know what happened there?
@InnovWebinars If this was the only person who reported the join failure then we would want to investigate their specific join flow. As long as you did not scheduled the webinar with a set registration limit, there is no reason an Attendee would see the message that the webinar was full.
