Facing an issue with GoToWebinar that is becoming more frequent and several people have mentioned it. When the recording is downloaded after the session, it is only audio with a black screen. Firstly, is there a way to stop this? and is there a way to get visual back on one that currently just audio?

Unfortunately if there was lost information within a GoToWebinar recording there are no backup copies kept at LMI. This is for several privacy reasons.
Are you saying that you have multiple cloud recordings currently where there is a black screen where your screen sharing should be?
