Hi! I have hosted a webinar this morning, and for some reason, the recording only shows the first 50 seconds of the session. The internet connection was good throughout the webinar and the broadcast duration was 45 min. Do you know what may have caused the recording to not be complete? Thanks for your answer.
@DianaBirsan If this was a cloud recording you may have ended up with the rest of the broadcast stored in a local recording file where a connection to the server was interrupted while in session. You may want to call into Customer Support to get them log files from your PC that hosted the broadcast so they may look further into the causes.
