Please help!
We run multiple webinars weekly.
One of our clients is trying to register but keeps recieving an error message saying the email is not valid.
Please advise how we can sort this out?

Do you know the registrant's email domain? It may not be compatible with GoToWebinar's email format acceptance criteria, which has certain character limits.
Have you tried having that individual register using join webinar.com? You can provide the 9 digit code for the meeting to the participant.
Step 1. Navigate to joinwebinar.com
Step 2. Enter 9 digit code and email address
Step 3. Click Connect/Ok
This should allow that person to register.
