The name written in the certificate of a participant is not the correct name. It is indeed the name of another participant of the same webinar!
The mistake concerns only the certificate. The names appearing in the registration email, and in the follow-up email, are correct.

Unfortunately the name on the certificate cannot be changed after they have been issued. Do you know if anyone else on this webinar was affected by something similar? Have you reached out to the scheduling Organizer?
This GTW mistake and the absence of solution are very unfortunate, especially given the fact that we insist a lot, with our attendees, so that they doublecheck their names in the registration form in order to avoid any typing mistake.
What do you mean with "reach out to the scheduling organizer"?
