For a webinar in Moscow time zone (MSK), when you save it to your google calendar via the link in the confirmation email it saves it as 1 hour too late:
similar issue on our end. Webinar scheduled for 9 AM GMT+2, but Google Calendar is GMT-7
I apologize for the oversight there, and we will investigate this mismatch further.
Hi Ash,
I double-checked the confirmation email - in our case Outlook & Mac calendar works fine, but the only issue is with adding the event to Google Calendar.
When I register on the web and add the event to Google Calendar on the website, it works fine.
The issue seems to be ONLY with the email confirmation & Google Calendar
Thanks @ZdenekCZ ,
I'll see what we can do about prioritizing this ticket for a review.
@tekla-webinar @ZdenekCZ Can you check to confirm that Moscow time shows correctly now?
Yes, shows correct now, thanks!
Great. Thanks for confirming the fix is sound.
Hi @AshC unfortunately doesn't work in my case. See screenshot
We do have our own registration landing page and attendees are being synchronized through Salesforce Pardot to GTW => GTW then sends the registration confirmation email. WOrks fine for Outlook, but in case Google calendar is always Pacific Time (instead of Central European)
Same issue here. We set everything to CET and the default for goole calendar link is Pacific time. Outlook and iCal work correctly.
All users who participated in a test run did not notice the wrong timezone when adding the meeting.
