Hello, we're trying to purchase gotowebinar on a monthly base but it's not working. Is there any alternative way to pay? My collegue is sure the creditcard details are right. Can you see whats going wrong? Is it somthing thats occuring more often?

Though we can't really action billing issues through here, I don't see any billing information on file for the email you used to trial GoToWebinar with (also for this Community). If you have a different address in use, you can message me privately with that spelling.
