Recently, I've been learning to use gotowebinar so as to be prepared for our future webinar.
My 7-day free trial started from 5th, July, and will be expired on 16th, July.
I subscribed the $249/month plan yesterday(7/13), and the function was all good then.
However, I've kept failing to start a webinar today due to "Internet connection problem."
I'm sure my Internet works well.
Besides, I use another account to get free trial and I can still start a new webinar without any problem.
Therefore, I think something must go wrong with my original account.
I've searched a lot on google, but didn't get helpful information.
Does anyone have the same problem or know how to fix it.
Please kindly help me solve the problem asap.
