gotowebinar API limit error

We are getting the following in webinar registration API.  

{"err":429,"category":"Rate limit quota","message":"The API call rate has been exceeded for the day."}

What is the daily limit?  and how do I request to increase?

@DM-webinar  There are certain rate limits in place to stop potential abuse from taking place through the GoToWebinar email system.  You may send your request for an increase through the Developers site: https://goto-developer.logmeininc.com/api-support-request-template
