not trusted microsoft product

Hi all

my Attendee last night clicked on the join webinar button, since she had never used gotowebinar

it downloaded the installer and when she clicked on the installer said this is not a Microsoft verified program

I know this is not a gotowebinar problem but I am sure all have encountered this . What advice did you give?

@Slogger  It sounds like they may have Windows Defender settings engaged, which can be managed by the admin user there manually if needed:  https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/add-an-exclusion-to-windows-security-811816c0-4dfd-af4a-...
