This is more of a LogMeIn general account issue, but this is the most relevant option available.
We have a few GoToWebinar accounts that are intended to be used by a number of different users. As such, we make sure to change the password on a regular basis to help limit the number of people able to access the account at any given time. Recently, we have noticed that the "Edit Password" option under https://profile.logmeininc.com/signin-security gives an error each time, prompting to "Enter your current password correctly." The password was copied and pasted when signing in, and pasted again into the "Current Password" field, so it is definitely the correct password, and we had also verified that the new passwords properly match and fit the requirements just in case.
As a workaround, we are able to successfully reset the password under the "Forgot your password?" link each time, though this is not an ideal solution. I have tested this with a second account and noted the same issue, so this does not seem to simply affect the one account. Has anyone else currently experienced this issue as well?
@CalynG I'm sorry for the recent login troubles.
Have you been able to test alternate web browsers for this behavior?
What happens if you clear your local cache before attempting to log in again?
