user do not get an audio connection

Hello,

 

one of my user was invited to an reoccuring webmeeting via link.

The user can open and connect to the meeting but cant hear anything.

The Microphone icon is grey with an green loading/connecting circle around it.

 

When i connect to the same webinar i get an connection, can hear the others and talk to them.

 

User is using an Headset.

In manueal settings you can see that the microphone is having peaks as the user is breathing. But switching the audio settings doesnt help, non of them is showing sound. Test sounds can be heard.

 

Any idea why the user do not get an Audioconnection?

Hello,

 

The loading icon suggests 2 things:

  1. Have the user check for updated audio drivers for their computer
  2. Something is blocking the connection to the port that we use for audio, have the user run our connection wizard as it may help https://support.goto.com/meeting/help/install-and-run-the-connection-wizard-windows
